Who has CEO days here?! Why aren't you having them?!

One of the last things on our never ending to do list.

Trust me, I know. I just finally made the transition to full time entrepreneur after building my business for 3.5 years while working full time.

CEO days weren't a thing for me. However, I did make time for certain CEO tasks.

One of those things is tracking your numbers. Simply tracking how posts are performing, your conversions, how emails are working will save you a lot of headache ESPECIALLY if you are balancing a lot of different things in life.

Tracking your numbers allows you to repurpose great content, reuse literally the same content over again and tells you what your audience wants from you!

You won't always have to create new things.

If you can't have a CEO day, then fit in a CEO hour and pay attention to your business.
